Class Reunions for the CHS Class of ’61 came in all shapes and sizes.  Some were informal with class members living nearby.  Others were formal and organized by the Alumni Affairs Dept. at Concordia.   All of them were meaningful, fun and brought back memories of the few short years class members lived, worked and studied together at Concordia.

We captured those reunions on this page.  Thanks especially to Larry Noack who supplied many of the photos and blended some of them together for our enjoyment.

Early Class Reunion

The photos here captured an early class gathering.  The dates are not certain and neither is the place, but the class members are recognizable.  See if you agree.

1991 – 30-year Reunion

This one was a bit more formal and happened under the direction of Concordia on the campus.  See who you recognize after 30 years.

2001 – 40 Year Reunion

2001 – 40 Year Reunion in Seward, Lincoln and Goehner

This reunion was hosted by Concordia but included events off campus at the homes of Judy Zager and Lois Richters.

Yikes!  40 years have passed and class members are invited to come to Seward to celebrate and reminisce.  Some of the events were held on campus but the memorable gatherings were hosted by Judy & Garry Zager in Lincoln on Friday evening and by Lois and Denny Richters at their home in Goehner on Saturday evening.  Concordia provided a photo.

Larry Noack did a masterful job of capturing the weekend with a video:
